包装机构中实际运用的非圆齿轮-运动仿真

1)本贴所有视频和图片来自原创，自主设计，
2)齿廓是经过精确计算, 可满足模具成型的要求,可以控制齿顶间隙,齿根间隙,齿侧间隙,等参数;
3)根据客户的任何要求(如安装尺寸,传动比,角度关系......),自主设计轮系和齿轮节曲线(如椭圆,对数螺旋,抛物线......),
并能给出相应齿轮加工参数(插齿或滚齿).
4)包括内凹的节曲线和相应的齿廓,齿根和齿顶的过度曲线;
5)可对根切进行校验;
6)如需要可设计专用检具(不需要专用设备)，对批量产品进行精度检测，保证量产产品质量.

The product have the following points:
1) the gear are design by myself, and can meet any specifical requirement;
2) the gear profile was calculated with high accuracy,and can be apply to mass production with mould;
3) can design the gear system and pitch curve as customer's requirements,(e.g. moutain distance, gear ratio, angles relationship....),such as ellipse,logarithm spiral gear,parabola...), and give the machining parameter of hobbing or sharpening;
4) can design the pitch curve,including concave,teeth profile, teeth root and adjacent line,teeth tip line;
5) analyze the undercut for the gear root;
6) can design special inspection (not need special equipment), to check the mass prodcution product, and then make sure the mass product within specification;
