俺不得不告诉您,对压力角14.5°的压力角而言,螺旋升角30.33°的确太大了。
您的3D造型是用最简化的方法,用直线连接,再导圆。事实上,要想蜗杆与斜齿轮啮合无障碍,必须用公共齿条的共同啮合来判定:

这样,蜗杆的齿根过渡曲线形状必然如下图示:

蜗杆专业生产厂家,都是采用旋风铣的加工办法,以ZK蜗杆(锥面包络蜗杆)替代ZI蜗杆。此方法,在渐开线部分非常接近,但在齿根过渡部分就有可能相差很远。
铣削加工蜗杆,只有当参数设计保证不发生根切时,才能用,否则就会有Under cut的问题。
蜗杆专业厂家,可以肯定说,他们大部分人尽管干了多年,并不知道这一点。

压力角20°的3头蜗杆,不发生根切的螺旋升角最大值为28.544°。
压力角14.5°的3头蜗杆,不发生根切的螺旋升角最大值为23.369°。

好了,你把中心距、传动比、蜗杆/斜齿轮的外径限制传上来,大家看看好给你提建议。

Very appreciate your feedback and help,

My motor shaft's diameter is 10mm, it is as well for the top diameter of the worm to be within 10mm, the full tooth length
for the worm is 19mm Min.;
It is as well for the top diameter of the helical gear to be within 42mm;
The teeth number of the worm are 3 and the teeth number of the helical gear are 27;
Their center distance is 23.27mm.

Please look at the following pictures they had been made and were used for the function and the life test.

Please pass your proposal and that is as well to get your detailed parameters and 3D, oh, the software I used
is UG and expect to be able to give UG parts with parameters and expressions.

压力角不能取14.5°了,只能20°。

I will try to use it for my modification direction.

The normal module is 1.2526628, it may be as 1.25 ?
if so, my module and pressure angle will not change, so the hobbing of worm will not also change.

In addition, from your 3D, the worm seems to have a bit undercut showed as below picture:

It has big affection for life test etc.

At last, I want to ask the worm is ZI or ZA or...?

法向模数要选1.2526628,取1.25,外径会达到10.36。
滚切式(齿条型)加工蜗杆很困难,实际加工都不会采用,只是在设计计算时要考虑。
即便3D模型可以放很大观察,靠眼睛也看不出是否undecut。一要靠计算,二靠模型分析:

上图红色为铣刀加工蜗杆时的包络接触线,只有此线有断开现象,才是undercut。

前面的图片上明明白白说明是渐开线(ZI)蜗杆。
顺便提醒,螺旋升角很大,ZN蜗杆替代ZI蜗杆,在法向上会产生误差0.0396567,且导致齿面内凹,如下图:

建议KURARAY的PA9T,有着良好的强度,而且价格比PEEK有优势。。

The condition for the life test: the motor adds gear system, that is, the machine operates the constant

load for the constant time,and then, the machine is cooled for the constant time, then repeat,

need to complete the definite cycles.

no stall, no pound.

Hello, Ericao,
一般做寿命测试时,需要定义测试方法:
1、负载是多少N.m?
2、转速是多少RPM?
3、1个cycle 的运行时间?1个cycle 的休息时间? 寿命测试总共需要做多少个cycles?
4、测试过程中是否允许吹风冷却?
5、环境温度是多少度?
6、湿度是多少?

从你的蜗杆/蜗轮失效情况来看,蜗杆的工作转速较高,工作转速可能已超过8000RPM(实际工作转速是多少?), 蜗轮的输出工作扭矩也较大(蜗轮的实际工作扭矩是多少?) ,在这样高温、高速、高负载、工作持续时间长的恶劣条件下,蜗轮蜗杆(模数仅1.25 )的强度是否足够?建议适当增大蜗轮蜗杆模数,并将金属蜗杆的齿厚做薄,将塑料蜗轮的齿厚做厚。
