Requirements：
1.
Mechanical or production engineering education background above bachelor degree
Professional experience (min.8 years) with metal parts manufacturing, Expert in the manufacturing process of forging and casting parts. Expert in completing manufacturing process of metal parts and NC equipment program (Siemens or Bosch MTX is preferred).
Familiar with manufacturing process and production of giant gear. Very familiar with heating treatment process of forging and casting parts. Familiar with quality control and inspecting of metal parts manufacturing. Familiar with the lean production knowledge.
8年以上金属零件生产制造相关经历，熟悉锻件铸件车铣加工工艺, 能够独立完成金属零件加工工艺及现代数控设备加工程序(西门子或博世数控系统). 具有大型齿轮生产制造及加工工艺编制经验. 熟悉锻件铸件热处理工艺. 具备金属零件加工质量控制知识及经验. 具备现代制造业精益生产知识.

Strong ability of reading and understanding technical drawings 4.
Skilled with Microsoft software and Auto CAD 5.
Honest and stable, good attitude and self -motivated, strong ability to work independently and strong sense of team work 诚实, 稳定, 良好的职业态度及自我表现激励意识, 极强的独立工作的能力及团队合作精神 6.
Fluency in English and /or German language(written and spoken) 7.
Readiness for eventually training abroad (couple of months in English)
