KISSsoft 刀具参数界面翻译

最近开始学习kisssoft 对着用户手册，结合翻译软件，先翻译了刀具参数页面，以后会陆续翻译分享

你完全是有道翻译的吧，这一句是：刀具齿顶高系数 h*aP0 定义刀具的齿顶高，它定义了齿轮的齿根圆。
后面还有系数翻译成因素的。
