非圆齿轮的设计和加工（non circlegear design and machining ）
本产品有以下特点：1)设计完全自主研发，可根据要求设计;
2)齿廓是经过精确计算, 可满足模具成型的要求,可以控制齿顶间隙,齿根间隙,齿侧间隙,等参数;
3)根据客户的任何要求(如安装尺寸,传动比,角度关系......),自主设计轮系和齿轮节曲线(如椭圆,对数螺旋,抛物线......),
并能给出相应齿轮加工参数(插齿或滚齿).
4)包括内凹的节曲线和相应的齿廓,齿根和齿顶的过度曲线;
5)可对根切进行校验;
6)如需要可设计专用检具(不需要专用设备)，对批量产品进行精度检测，保证量产产品质量.

3) can design the gear system and pitch curve as customer's requirements,(e.g. moutain distance, gear ratio, angles relationship....),such as ellipse,logarithm spiral gear,parabola...),and give the machining parameter of hobbing or sharpening;
4) can design the pitch curve,including concave,teeth profile, teeth root and adjacent line,teeth tip line;
5) analyze the undercut for the gear root;
6) can design special inspection (not need special equipment), to check the mass prodcution product, and then make sure the mass product within specification;

能发个变形椭圆齿轮的图上来吗? 非圆齿轮齿廓的设计,
在国内齿轮专家吴序堂教授著的<非圆齿轮及非匀速比传动>,
和李福生先生著的<非圆齿轮与特种齿轮传动设计>书中,都有论述.
要想精确计算出齿廓.首先得领会非圆齿轮的"渐屈线",
再加上良好的数学基础和编写程序的能力,就OK了! 大胆的问一下，有程序没？想参考一下 本设计最大的特点是包含了过渡曲线，和任意调整间隙(保证啮合率的前提下).
按要求可提供设计图纸.
